Prof. (Dr.) Shripal Singh Som is a distinguished academician and administrator with over three decades of teaching and leadership experience in higher education. His career in legal and academic studies spans more than 34 years at the undergraduate level and 14 years at the postgraduate level. He has been legal advisor and consultant more than ten degree colleges and Universities so far.
He started his career as a lecturer at School of Law, Banaras Hindi University in 1978, later on he served with dedication and devotion at Maharaj Balwant Singh P.G. College, Gangapur, Varanasi, and rising to the position of Principal, a role he held from December 21, 2009, to April 20, 2012.
Dr. Archana Singh brings a unique blend of behavioural insight and practical expertise to stock market education. With over 15 years of experience as a psychologist, educator, and counsellor, she understands that successful investing goes beyond numbers—it’s about mind-set, discipline, and emotional resilience.

His professional journey began in Mumbai in 2012, where he developed a strong foundation in financial markets. He has since built extensive knowledge in stock investing, insurance, and investment strategies that balance risk and reward. Dr. Pramod has worked as a Lecturer at Fiji National University (FNU), Nasinu Campus, Fiji Islands Country in the Department of Banking and Finance, and also as a Research Associate at the prestigious Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. These experiences gave him international exposure, global perspectives, and hands-on expertise in finance and insurance research. Er. Manish Singh is a passionate educator and financial mentor dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and confidence to achieve financial independence. He holds a B.E. (B.Tech) degree from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology (TCET), one of Mumbai’s prominent engineering institutions located in Kandivali (East).
With over five years of teaching experience (since 2020), Mr. Singh has successfully trained more than 500 students, helping them build strong analytical skills and a disciplined approach to investing. His teaching philosophy revolves around developing skills, creating values, and simplifying complex financial concepts so that every learner can understand them with ease.
Driven by the vision of financial empowerment, he has conducted specialized Investor Awareness Training Programs under the NSE initiative (2019) and has also trained employees of Ordnance Factories on financial freedom and smart money management.
